There is a new holiday event prompt up for a limited time!

Frostlight is a huge deal in Malahanau. With the arrival of the Winter Solstice-- when the first snow falls like clockwork and the days get their shortest-- comes a chilling presence as snow covers the island. To combat the darkness, it became tradition for friends and family to come together and light candles, hang festive lights across town, and set off fireworks. On the day of Frostlight, the shortest day across the island, businesses close as soon as the sun sets, and everyone gathers in town squares and local parks to drink warm drinks and watch the light show. It became an important day to celebrate togetherness and community when facing harsh conditions, and so, it also became a tradition to exchange thoughtful gifts to loved ones to show appreciation for them.

You can create a little Gingerbread House which will be displayed on our official event art for the duration of the event! Of course, we can't reveal too much about what we have planned, but all the information you will need about the prompt can be found below + in the prompt details. We hope you have fun, and we can't wait to see what you come up with!

You've read that right, folks, we've officially opened MYO submissions! Thank you for your patience as we finish up the masterlist. Please note that some glassies are listed under the admin account. This is because we have to track down their owners. If you have any questions or find a Glassie that belongs to you under another name-- or worse yet, we missed your Glassie!-- please submit a prompt here and we will jump right onto that!

Emoji Raffle Event
The staff team has come up with some creative designs based on one single emoji. The purpose of the game is to guess which emoji inspired which design, at which point you'll take home that design!
Here's an image of all the designs overlayed together and hidden. Can you figure out any clues that might reveal what emoji to guess?
- This is a Discord-exclusive event! In order to participate, you must join our Discord server and head over to the channel that we have created for this fun little game!
- You will only get ONE guess per day-- this is to prevent anyone from spamming a variety of emojis in hope that something sticks!
- As of right now, there are no opportunities to earn additional guesses! Depending on how quickly each design is discovered, however, we may consider adding a way to earn more guesses!

Free Grand Re-Opening MYO Slots
This month, we have decided to begin not with the Paid MYO slots, but by giving new members a special opportunity to earn a free MYO slot! This is the only time an MYO slot drop will be entirely free, so once the month is over, this chance won’t return for some time. Be sure to join in while it’s available!
For this drop, we will host the MYO slot over the entire course of November. Once the clock strikes midnight and it's officially December, the MYO slot event is over and we will not accept anymore submissions to earn the free MYO!
So, how can you get the free MYO Slot?
By sharing our species around various social media platforms! Responding to the comment below with a link will get you a Uncommon MYO.
However, you can increase the rarity of this MYO by sharing news about our species! For each link that you share, you will have the opportunity to increase your slot rarity. Share across four platforms to recieve an Ultra Rare MYO Slot!

Mod Batch
For November, the entire moderation team has banded together to make one massive adoptables batch for you! This batch will be Unthemed variety of Idols, Archeons, and Primals and will be dropping later this month!
It will be a Flat-sale Raffle and will go up for preview on November 21st, giving you 24 hours to appreciate and enter for any designs that catch your eye! On November 22nd, approximately 24 hours after the previews go live, we will close the forms and roll for each design! Stay tuned for more information when the preview drops!

November Prompt: Harvest Gathering
Furarriums take a lot of pride in their culture, which heavily revolves around nature and the cycle of life and death. It's been a scary past few years with so many signs of death creeping around the corners... but with the arrival of Sprout, the Furarriums are thriving better than ever! To celebrate, they've decided to host a large banquet where everyone crafts and brings their own cute recipes to the pot-luck!
This month, we have two prompts. The first prompt is to draw a scenery of your Glassie harvesting, baking, or bringing their food to the potluck! You can read more about the prompt requirements here!
For the second prompt, we're asking you to draw the food seperately and submit it here so that at the end of the month, we can show off the banquet on this cute little table (and perhaps you'll see some familiar faces there too...!).
Each prompt will give you different rewards for completing them, so be sure to check out both!

Thanks so much for your patience! We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve officially re-launched the species after months of hard work behind the scenes! Huge shoutout to our amazing moderators for getting all the site features ready before launch. It wasn’t an easy task, and Mars might just go cry and eat ice cream in her hermit hole now, but we did it! The site is fully up and excited to welcome new members!
Quick Note: Beta Phase
What does this mean?
We’re still in the Beta Phase, so while the site is live, you might notice some bugs and CSS quirks while browsing. We’re also still working on adding art, lore, and more content. Some core features, like Breedings, Shops, and Categories, might be missing or need a bit more polish. That’s totally okay! We’re on it and will announce when everything’s finalized.
We’ve got plenty more features planned, so keep an eye out for announcements about those as they roll out. One of the next things coming is Dev Logs, a special News Post section for updates on our website development.
Quick Note: Promotions
We’re thrilled to announce that, thanks to their hard work on the site, we’ve promoted our Masterlist Archaeologists and Poets to full-time, permanent Senior Moderators! Additionally, one of our Masterlist Archaeologists, Seal, has been promoted to Owner. This decision was made collectively by the three owners—Mars, Andro, and Golden—recognizing Seal's unwavering dedication and commitment to the species over the years. We’re excited to have her on board as an owner and can’t wait to see what new ideas we can bring to you!
As for moderation positions, we’ll be re-opening applications soon, but not just yet. Our community is still small, and we believe it’s best to keep moderation manageable for now. However, as we grow and expand our community, we plan to open up positions for Junior Moderators in the near future. We kindly ask that you hold off on inquiring about these positions, but rest assured that opportunities will arise for everyone soon!
Quick Note: FTO Basket Eligibility
Anyone can claim the First-Time Owner basket found in the Shop even if you have characters attached to your account-- we are considering this a completely fresh new start because we have vastly changed the design rules for Furarriums!

We have decided to move away from being a feral-only closed species and are now allowing humanoid and anthromorphs forms as stand-alone characters. You can read up about them in the Design Guide!

We will host a new monthly prompt at the beginning of each month: but for now, we will skip over an October prompt due to how late it is! Keep an eye peeled for an announcement on November 1st!

Seal has designed a lovely raffle design for our site opening! Take a look at the cutie here. You can enter by grabbing a Raffle Ticket from the Shop for free, but you can also earn more tickets through some other options!

All candy will be hidden ON-SITE. This can be in character masterlist, user pages, or regular pages, but all of them are accessible THROUGH THE SITE and the site alone!
You can enter any raffles you find through the treats-- but you can only enter once for each respective raffle!
We’d like to keep the scavenger hunt fair and fun for everyone-- so please do NOT reveal where the candies are hidden!
We can see if you are creating multiple accounts-- we cannot find your direct location, but we CAN see if multiple accounts are logging into the same IP address. If you are caught abusing our referral bonus, you will be barred from entering in the raffle and potentially given a mark against your account. Do not attempt to abuse the referral system or events by creating alternative accounts.
