🌱 What are furarriums?
We are a collectibles group and an ARPG (Art Roleplaying Game). But what does that mean exactly?
Collectibles Group = A collectible species consists of character designs with distinct, shared traits and connected lore. Both moderators and members can create these designs, which collectors can own, develop, and customize. Collectors can show off their characters in artwork, participate in major long-term story events created by the moderators, and join fun games and roleplay adventures within the species' world!
Narrative ARPG (Art Role-Playing Game) = The species revolves around a character-driven, ongoing story that the community collectively expresses artistically. By creating artwork, writing, or engaging in conversations with other members, you contribute to the evolving lore. The species provides immersive games to use your character in that reward you for completing them. It encourages you to connect with our community and make each character you collect more meaningful.
When you obtain a Furarrium, you gain access to an array of exciting events and rewards, including daily challenges, art prompts, games, and engaging long-form interactive stories, all hosted by our community. But if you don’t have a Furarrium yet, don’t worry! Our delightful mascot, Sprout, along with many generous members, would be thrilled to receive a labor of love featuring their characters. Everyone is welcome to join the fun!

But what are Furarriums, the characters?
"Furarriums are customizable creatures that mix terrariums with cute, fluffy animals—imagine creating a tiny, magical ecosystem inside a fur-covered companion! They can even take on both animal and humanoid forms, giving you plenty of options for personalization.
Furarriums can take three different forms total: Primals, Archeons, and Idols.
Each one has their own unique features, but for now, think of them like ferals, anthros, and humanoids. You can click here to learn more.
Each furarrium requires three base features:
🌿 A glass tail.
🌿Plants or rocks inside the glass.
🌿 Plants or rocks growing on their body.
Anything beyond the basic forms is obtained through traits— a comprehensive list of elements that can enhance a Furarrium's design, each with its own category and rarity. With the wide variety of traits available, you can customize your Furarrium to be almost anything you imagine!

🌱 Sounds fun! But how do I get a furarrium?
Furarriums are not free to make yourself; you need to acquire Make-Your-Own slots or get an existing official Furarrium from somebody else in the community. On this website, we have a large masterlist of official Furarriums, which may occasionally be available for trade or sale—these opportunities are usually advertised in our Discord server! You can collect as many official Furarriums as you like, along with items to enhance them, by buying, trading, or earning them from the website, moderators, or fellow community members
Buying: Make-Your-Own (MYO) slots, items, and premade designs created by moderators or guest artists are available for purchase in USD at least once a month. Furarrium owners can also sell their designs on our Discord server or on Toyhou.se.
You can also use our group currency - called Seeds - to purchase them from The Seed Shop without spending any real money.
Trading: Community members may often trade their official Furarriums and items. This could be anything from other official designs, MYO slots, misc. characters, art, or even physical items. While some official Furarriums may have no monetary value and can't be sold, all official Furarriums can be traded.
Earning: Engaging in the following activities can earn you official designs, MYO slots, Seeds, and items—potentially including exclusive items not available through any other method!
