1. Age Requirement

  • Age Requirement
All users must be at least 15 years old to participate in the Furarriums community. If you are found to be under 15, your account will be terminated, and any characters will be voided until you reach the legal age.

2. Conduct

  • Respect and Civility
We expect all members to treat each other with respect and civility, regardless of personal biases or opinions. Any form of name-calling, slurs, bigotry, racism, homophobia, or hateful behavior toward individuals or groups will not be tolerated. Offensive messages will be promptly removed, and continued violations will result in a minimum one-year ban from the server. Repeated harassment will lead to an immediate ban without further warnings.

  • Avoid Controversial Topics
Discussions of controversial topics are not permitted within the community. While we value diverse opinions and recognize the importance of serious issues, we kindly ask that these discussions be kept out of this space. If you have a concern to address, please reach out directly to a staff member or the Furarriums account.

  • Caution in Communication
Members should exercise caution when commenting, as this space is open to individuals aged 13 and older. Content may be encountered that could be unsuitable for younger audiences.

  • Fostering a Positive Environment
To avoid creating a hostile atmosphere, members should refrain from publicly "calling out," guilt-tripping, bullying, or peer-pressuring others. This includes making negative comments about others' behavior or choices, attempting to manipulate or shame others into compliance, and fostering an environment of fear or discomfort.

  • Venting Policy
Venting about heavy topics is not allowed and will be removed upon sight. This includes personal grievances, such as family loss or frustrations about ongoing auctions, as these may be perceived as guilt-tripping. However, light comments, such as, "I missed the deadline by a few seconds," or "I accidentally deleted my progress on a game I was playing!" are acceptable. While sharing feelings about darker topics privately with friends in the community is welcomed, we ask that you refrain from posting heavy-topic vents publicly to maintain a positive atmosphere.

  • Moderation Commitment
Our moderation team is dedicated to fostering a positive and thriving community. We recognize that not all decisions will be agreed upon by all members. We encourage open and respectful dialogue regarding any concerns or suggestions for improvement.

While we appreciate feedback and differing viewpoints, please keep in mind that our final decisions are made with the community's best interests in mind. Your input is valued, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain a welcoming environment for everyone.

3. User-Generated Content Standards

  • Original Work Required
All content submitted to Furarriums, including character designs, art, and writing, must be your original work or used with explicit permission. AI-generated content is not considered artwork within this community and will not be accepted.

  • Explicit Content Policy
Images containing explicit content deemed inappropriate for our users will be removed. This includes, but is not limited to, the following categories:

    • Gore-related artwork
    • Minor nudity (such as breasts and buttocks; any depiction of genitalia is strictly prohibited)
    • Drug-related imagery

If you post content that falls within these categories, you must include a content warning and use a spoiler feature to obscure the image. Characters depicting these themes will not be permitted.

  • Character-Based-Character (CBC) Policy
Character-Based-Characters are almost entirely allowed, with the exception that we will not accept any designs based off of real-life people. However, please follow Toyhou.se's rules regarding Canon-Inspired Characters to their website.

  • Zero Tolerance Policy

The following types of content will not be tolerated within the community:

    • Hate speech or symbols: Any content promoting hate or discrimination against individuals or groups.
    • Extreme violence: Graphic portrayals of violence that are disturbing or excessive.
    • Self-harm or suicide: Any depiction or encouragement of self-harm, suicide, or related themes.
    • Explicit artwork of feral characters: Any depiction or artwork related to the act of one or more feral character engaging in explicit actions. You WILL be banned for this. We do not treat beasility lightly and will not tolerate users who support them in our community.

Users who submit content in violation of these guidelines will have their submissions removed and may face disciplinary action.

4. Character Ownership and Trades/Sales

  • Purchase Options
Furarrium character slots (MYO slots) can be purchased using in-game currency (Seeds) or through USD when available. All sales are final.

MYO slots can be traded or sold at their original value only within our official Discord channels or trading forums on-site. Characters may be traded or sold outside of our official channels, such as Toyhou.se. However, proof of character ownership is required for all transactions.
It is your responsibility as a member to ensure proper transfer of your characters and MYO slots during trades and sales. Offsite trades or transfers will not be recognized without proof of character ownership.

For more detailed information, you can read about our Trading and Reselling Rules here.

    Co-Ownership of Furarriums

  • Establishing the Main Owner
A main owner must be designated for each Furarrium. This can be decided by:

    • Who first acquired the design
    • Who contributed the most to the purchase
    • A mutual agreement among co-owners

Even if contributions are equal, establishing a main owner is required. The main owner will be responsible for:

    • Character Presentation: Overseeing any updates related to the character’s design, including visual modifications and overall appearance.
    • Facilitating Transfers: Managing all co-ownership updates. The main owner does not have the authority to prevent co-owners from giving away their share unless they are attempting to sell a portion that they did not pay for.

  • Transfer of Ownership
Co-owners cannot sell, voucher, or trade their ownership share without first discussing with the main owner. If you’re selling or trading, remember:

    • You can only recover what you personally contributed to the trade, whether monetary, artistic, or otherwise.
    • Neither party can resell for more than the initial contribution + any appraised images proven to be purchased by the owner.

  • Withdrawal Procedures
If a co-owner wishes to withdraw from the co-ownership, both parties must agree on compensation or a suitable resolution. Clear communication is key to avoiding misunderstandings. If either side tries to cut off ownership for any reason, compensation must be negotiated between both owners before it will be honored.

  • Dispute Resolution
If disagreements arise, we encourage open communication to find a mutually acceptable resolution. If conflicts cannot be resolved, the species owners may need to mediate. Please be aware that the owners may have limited options that may not prove satisfactory; each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Duration of Co-Ownership
Co-ownership remains in effect indefinitely unless both parties agree to alter or dissolve it.

  • Rights to Characters in Case of Absence or Inactivity
If a co-owner becomes inactive or otherwise absent, the remaining co-owners retain their rights to the character, similar to their rights during the inactive period. The inactive owner will still maintain their rights to the character, ensuring that their share is not lost. Previous agreements between co-owners can be honored, but these must be supported by concrete evidence that the absent owner consented to relinquish their share.

  • Liability for Breaches
All co-owners must follow community guidelines. If a breach of conduct occurs, all involved parties will be held accountable, and appropriate disciplinary actions may be taken based on the severity of the violation.

  • Reassessment of Roles
Co-owners should regularly evaluate their roles and responsibilities to ensure everyone is on the same page. Adjustments can be made as needed to maintain a healthy co-ownership dynamic.

  • Communication and Decision-Making
The main owner serves as the primary contact for any decisions regarding the character, including modifications or participation in community events.

  • Compliance with Community Guidelines
The main owner ensures that the Furarrium and associated content adhere to community guidelines and standards, including ensuring all designs are original and in line with established rules.

If you have any questions or need assistance with co-ownership matters, please reach out through the designated channels within the community.

5. Voiding

  • Voiding a Furarrium
Voiding a Furarrium character means it is permanently retired from all community use. Once a Furarrium is voided, it cannot be used for participation, resold, or otherwise utilized within the community. This decision is irreversible, so please consider it carefully.

In the event of a permanent ban, any Furarriums associated with the banned member will also be voided. Members are not permitted to bypass this ban by continuing to acquire Furarriums; any subsequent trades will result in those Furarriums being voided as well. If an active member is found collaborating with a banned individual, disciplinary action, including a permanent ban, may be taken against their account.

To void a Furarrium, you must be the owner. You cannot void a Furarrium that you do not own.

Designer permission is not required to void their design. However, we strongly encourage you to reconsider voiding the design without their consent and instead explore options like redesigning the Furarrium or trading it. Contacting a moderator or submitting a report is the only way to get a Furarrium voided. While almost all void requests will be accomodated, it is the moderation team's responsibility to make the final call on determining if the void is being requested for abusive reasons.

6. Conduct Reporting and Assistance

  • Handling Rule Violations
Do not engage directly with rule-breakers or violators. We strive to address issues professionally to prevent unnecessary conflict or misunderstandings. Getting involved may place you at risk or potentially incriminate you.

If you have concerns about another member's participation in the community, please reach out and Submit A Report so that we can review and address the situation appropriately. For concerns regarding the conduct of a staff member or owner, please contact one of the current owners through our Discord server.
